Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Representative:
Play a key role in driving new business opportunities
Proactively engage with existing, prospective, and lapsed customers to generate orders
Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Communicate effectively via phone and email to convert leads into sales
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
About You:
Sales experience in a fast-paced sector (e.g. plant hire, tool hire, accommodation hire, generator hire, powered access, lifting hire, non mechanical hire, construction or similar)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls to develop sales opportunities
IT proficient – able to quickly learn in-house systems
