PATH Recruitment Ltd is a recruitment consultancy providing an employment finding service to both clients and candidates. To supply this service, we need to process your personal data (including sensitive personal data) in accordance with the current data protection laws.

If you are a candidate, we share your data with prospective employers who have a vacancy you are interested in.
To Data Processors (Vincere, The Access Group and Key Solutions) who manage; the PATH website, recruitment database and cloud-based applications. All third-party Data Processors comply with GDPR.
To any affiliated company of PATH Recruitment Ltd.
As required by law.
In the event we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
If our company or substantially all its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

Information collected by us is collected and processed in accordance with the UK's Data Protection laws. Our employees are trained in Data Security principles and we aim to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.

We take all reasonable precautions to protect all personal data that you provide us with, however, we cannot be responsible for and therefore exclude all liability for loss or misuse of personal data which is intercepted or otherwise accessed by unauthorised persons.

Retention of your data

You may at any time have your details removed from our systems and our mailing list. Simply go to our website My Preferences or email jobs@pathrecruitment.com

We will ensure that your details are removed as soon as practicable.
