Hire & Sales Controller role based near Burton-on-Trent, paying circa £30k with an early finish on Friday! - You will be office based, working within a fast paced environment, dealing with customers, arranging hire of equipment and liaising with engineers.
An exciting new opportunity has become available to join a successful hire company as a Hire & Sales Controller. You will be working within a team, assisting in the day to day requirements of the construction equipment hire department and will be dealing with customers/clients who are seeking rental solutions.
Responsibilities of the Hire & Sales Controller:
Ensuring an elevated level of customer service is delivered at all times.
Arranging the on/off hire of equipment
Arranging deliveries and collection of products
Carrying administrative duties such as raising purchase orders, dealing with finance and credit control.
Providing support for the sales team for the hiring of construction products.
Requirements of the Hire & Sales Controller:
Previous experience working within the hire industry
Excellent communication/customer service skills with a clear telephone manner
You will have previously used software systems such as Syrinx or Insphire.
If you have had previous experience working as a Hire Controller, Hire Coordinator, Senior Hire Controller, Hire & Sales Negotiator, Hire & Sales Controller, Hire & Sales Co-Ordinator, Hire Desk Controller, Hire Desk Coordinator, or Plant Controller within Plant Hire / Tool Hire / Access Hire / Non-Mechanical Plant or Accommodation/Lifting Hire we would love to hear from you.
