Internal Sales Executive responsibilities:

• To seek new opportunities for your candidate, enabling you to place them in the job of their dreams.
• Researching and developing new business relationships
• Engaging with new and existing clients and negotiating business terms
• Marketing candidates to clients to available job opportunities
• Become a leading industry expert within your field

To be successful as the Internal Sales Executive:

• Internal Sales Executive experience (Ideally in a target driven environment)
• Customer service experience
• Experience in a recruitment background would be an advantage but not essential.
