The Role of an Aftersales Manager:
- Possess extensive motor industry experience, in an Aftersales Manager or similar position at management level.
- Conduct regular 1-1's, audits, reviews with staff and sites
- Knowledge of the operational running of a workshop and business administration.
- Knowledge of customer and market analysis.
- Must be experienced in people management, particularly in terms of achievement through teams.
